OctoPrint is an open source software for operating 3D printers with a user-friendly web interface.
\nFor knowing when the printing process is finished if you’re not around, we have written an extension. It allows you to send an SMS to a preset mobile phone number as soon as the printing process is finished.<\/p>\n

Installation<\/h2>\n

Install the extension via the bundled plugin manager<\/a>. Type in https:\/\/github.com\/sms77io\/octoprint<\/b> in the URL<\/i> field.<\/p>\n

Setup<\/h2>\n

After installation, go to Settings -> Plugins -> sms77<\/i> and fill out the form.<\/p>\n

api_key<\/dt>\n
Your API key from sms77 which is required for sending SMS.<\/dd>\n
enabled<\/dt>\n
Whether the plugin is activated or not.<\/dd>\n
flash<\/dt>\n
Whether SMS gets sent as flash or not.<\/dd>\n
message_template<\/dt>\n
The SMS text to send.<\/dd>\n
printer_name<\/dt>\n
An identifier for naming the printer.<\/dd>\n
recipients<\/dt>\n
A comma separated list of SMS recipient(s).<\/dd>\n
sender<\/dt>\n
The value to use as the SMS sender.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n
