WebThings is an open source project that enables the management, monitoring and control of IoT devices. The project came to life under Mozilla, but was spun off in 2020. Since then, it has been maintained by the community.<\/strong><\/p>\n

WebThings enables the creation of a decentralized Internet of Things, or “Web of Things,” where the focus is on increased security and privacy. WebThings includes the WebThings Gateway, the WebThings Framework, and the WebThings Cloud.<\/strong><\/p>\n
