With this, you can send SMS with osTicket to keep your team up to date on the latest tickets. To set up the plugin, <a href=\"https:\/\/help.seven.io\/en\/api-key-access\" rel=\"noopener\">you need an API key<\/a>, which you can simply create in your seven web app. You enter this key when setting up our plugin and then you are ready to send your first SMS with osTicket.<\/p>\n<p>With the help of SMS, your employees are quickly updated on important tasks, especially in particularly important cases: most SMS are read within the first three minutes of receipt.
