osTicket is an open source ticket system in which customer requests of all kinds can be collected and processed effectively and quickly. Automated processes help to organise support and ensure that the support team can focus on the things that really make a difference.

The basic functions of the software can be extended through the use of plug-ins, for example with our SMS plug-in. With this, you can send SMS with osTicket to keep your team up to date on the latest tickets. All you need is a short setup.

Send SMS with osTicket

With the help of our plugin, you can send SMS with osTicket and thus, for example, inform individual support staff members specifically when a new ticket has been assigned to them. To set up the plugin, you need an API key, which you can simply create in your seven web app. You enter this key when setting up our plugin and then you are ready to send your first SMS with osTicket.

With the help of SMS, your employees are quickly updated on important tasks, especially in particularly important cases: most SMS are read within the first three minutes of receipt. Just try it for yourself – registration is free of charge.
