For sending messages (e.g. SMS, RCS or via messengers such as WhatsApp as well as voice calls with automated reading of content), we use the services of the German provider seven communications GmbH & Co. KG (https://www.seven.io/), Willestr. 4-6, 24103 Kiel, Germany (“seven communications”). seven communications provides a professional and efficient interface for sending messages.
The use of seven communications enables us to simplify the planning and personalisation of a large number of messages and to optimally integrate them into our processes, in particular through the possibility of connecting them to our systems. For this purpose, the messages are sent directly from the platform used or the information is first transferred from our systems via an interface.
seven communications processes at least your telephone number and the content of the message. If we personalise our messages, the salutation and your name may also be part of the processing or, if we import your contact details, these may also be included.
We can use links contained in our messages to measure the success of our messages with the help of seven communications. If you click on the corresponding link in the message, we can determine whether and how often a link has been clicked.
If we ask for your consent, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent to receive messages at any time for the future. If you receive messages from us on the basis of a contract, the legal basis is Art. 1 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. Otherwise, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, whereby our legitimate interest arises from the simplified and efficient sending of direct messages.
seven communications acts exclusively as a service provider and does not process any personal data for its own purposes. You can find information on data protection at seven communications at: https://www.seven.io/en/company/privacy/
