IceHrm is a personnel management system.

Functions
- Sending SMS to one or more recipients
- Sending voice messages to one or more recipients
- Filter recipients by status, country, job title and employment status
Installation
- Extract the archive to
/path/to/icehrm/extensions - Head to
Administration->Sms77->Settings - Enter your API key and press
Submit
ATTENTION: If you do not specify anything in the Filter field or in the to field, the SMS or voice message will be sent to all employees.
Settings SMS
Filter
Filter by status, country, job title and employment status. You can also combine the filters.
The filter settings will be overwritten if you make an entry in the to field.
Debug
Select to enable debug mode (SMS will not be sent)
Flash
Select to send the message as Flash SMS
No reload
Select to disable reload blocking. Reload lock prevents sending identical SMS to identical recipients within 180 seconds after initial sending.
Performance Tracking
Select to enable our performance tracking for a link in the SMS.
Delay
Delayed sending, specify desired sending time in Unix timestamp or format yyyy-mm-dd hh:ii
Foreign ID
Enter a value to be returned on callback. Max. 64 characters, allowed characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, .-_@
From
Sender name, maximum eleven alphanumeric characters or 16 digits
Label
Specify a label to use as a filter in your analysis
to
Overrides the input in Filters and sends to the recipients specified in this field instead. Possible entries are numbers, as well as contacts from your sms77 contact book.
Text
The text of your message. By default you have 160 characters per SMS, for Unicode messages the characters are reduced to 70 per SMS. Sending concatenated SMS is usually possible, but may fail in certain destination countries.
Setting options Voice
Filters
Again, filter by status, country, job title, and employment status. You can combine the filters.
The settings of the filters are overwritten if you make an entry in the to field.
From
Sender name, maximum eleven alphanumeric characters or 16 digits
XML
Select if there is XML data in the Text field
To
Overrides the input in Filter and sends to the recipients specified in this field instead. Possible entries are numbers, as well as contacts from your sms77 contact book.
Text
The text of your message in plain text or in XML data.
